We currently have Line Operator openings on multiple shifts. Overtime as needed to support our growing business needs.

1st Shift: 6:00am - 4:30pm

2nd Shift: 2:00pm - 10:30pm

3rd Shift: 8:00pm - 6:30am

As a Line Operator you are responsible for safely operating production equipment within the manufacturing facility and ensuring that quality products are produced timely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Operate production packaging equipment efficiently according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s), and food/employee safety requirements and guidelines to meet daily labor and waste goals
  • Utilize Digital Production System (Redzone) to track downtime, perform quality compliance documents and communicate with support functions
  • Complete changeovers for assigned equipment and/or production line
  • Learn and maintain customer standards for product specifications and acceptable quality
  • Read and follow instructions regarding daily expectations, requirements, or specifications.
  • Accurately complete all quality, traceability, and production paperwork
  • Performs minor equipment adjustments to ensure equipment is operating optimally
  • Maintains a clean and sanitary workstation and assists with product changeovers
  • Ensure the operation is providing food-safe, quality products which meet or exceed all product specifications and regulatory requirements
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Job Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of machine operating/production experience preferred
  • Technical skills include the ability to start and stop equipment, complete a changeover, and operate one piece of equipment
  • Interpersonal skills include good verbal and written communication, good time management skills and the ability to follow rules and directions
  • Leadership skills include a positive attitude, being a team player and self-leadership
