Competitive Salary: $85,000 per year

Performance Bonus: Eligible for company performance incentives

Requirements

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Regional Manager ensures consistency, quality, and operational excellence across multiple 7 Brew locations in the Downriver area. This leader will support shop managers, drive team performance, and create a positive, people-first environment where every guest leaves smiling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operations & Guest Experience
  • Oversee daily operations for multiple drive-thru locations.
  • Ensure brand standards in speed, quality, safety, and cleanliness.
  • Regularly visit shops to coach teams, resolve issues, and celebrate wins.
  • Team Leadership & Development
  • Recruit, train, and mentor Shop Managers and Shift Leads.
  • Foster accountability, recognition, and personal growth.
  • Conduct regular performance check-ins and training sessions.
  • Financial & Strategic Execution
  • Support and review shop-level budgets, sales targets, and labor costs.
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement strategies.
  • Partner with ownership on new shop openings and community initiatives.
  • Culture & Guest Satisfaction
  • Promote the 7 Brew culture of positivity and hospitality.
  • Respond to guest feedback promptly and with care.
  • Celebrate team milestones and encourage healthy competition.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading teams in quick-service, drive-thru, or coffee environments.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills—you inspire others through action.
  • Financial acumen—comfortable with labor, COGS, and performance metrics.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, people-first environment.
  • Working knowledge of POS, scheduling systems, and reporting tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred.

Physical & Schedule Requirements

  • Must be able to sit, stand, and move for long periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
  • Frequent travel between store locations (>75%).
  • Flexible availability, including nights and weekends as business demands.
