Role Description The Regional Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Fort Lauderdale / Miami, FL, overseeing multiple Living Green Cafe locations within the region. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring consistent guest experiences, and upholding brand standards across all cafes. Day-to-day tasks include supervising store managers, reviewing performance metrics & KPI, managing budgets, and implementing procedures that support food quality, safety, and sustainability. The Regional Manager will lead hiring, training, scheduling, and development of team members, fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture. The role also involves resolving escalated guest concerns, coordinating local marketing initiatives, and partnering with leadership on strategic growth and new store openings.

Qualifications

  • Experience in multi-unit management, store operations oversight, and team leadership within hospitality, food service, or retail.
  • Skills in budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to meet revenue, cost, and profitability targets.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards, quality control processes, and operational compliance best practices.
  • Strong communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills to support and develop diverse teams.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute regional initiatives, including local marketing and guest experience programs.
  • Proficiency with point-of-sale systems, scheduling tools, and basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, email, reporting tools).
  • Demonstrated commitment to sustainability, healthy eating, and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, and to travel regularly between cafe locations.
  • Previous regional or area manager experience and a bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality management, or a related field are preferred but not required.
