Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Restaurant Manager role. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with company standards, and lead the team to provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities include managing staffing and scheduling, maintaining inventory, monitoring food and beverage quality, and delivering an outstanding guest experience. The role also involves implementing strategies to achieve sales targets and fostering a positive work environment that supports team performance and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure a high-quality guest experience.
- Experience in Hiring and team management to build and support a well-functioning team.
- Excellent Communication skills for effective team leadership and customer interactions.
- Knowledge and expertise in Food & Beverage service to uphold quality and standards.
- Proven leadership abilities, problem-solving skills, and a results-driven mindset.
- Experience in the foodservice industry, with a preference for prior managerial roles.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications in hospitality management are a plus.
