The ideal candidate has strong hands-on coffee skills, is comfortable in front of a group, and can translate technical concepts clearly without losing nuance. They work from established curriculum but bring genuine enthusiasm and expertise to each session, and they embody the hospitality and quality standards Corvus expects from every team member — in the training lab, on the cafe floor, and in front of wholesale partners and the public alike.
