Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Shop Manager role based in Santa Barbara, CA. The Shop Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and create a welcoming atmosphere for customers and team members. Responsibilities include managing staff schedules, maintaining inventory, ensuring cleanliness and efficiency, and driving sales growth by providing excellent service. The Shop Manager will also be responsible for training and motivating staff, addressing customer needs, and fostering a positive and inclusive team environment.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Operations Management and Store Management to oversee day-to-day activities and maintain efficient workflows
• Excellent Communication abilities to effectively lead a team and interact with customers
• Experience in Customer Service and enhancing Customer Experience to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
• Leadership and problem-solving skills to support and develop the team
• Ability to manage inventory, meet sales goals, and maintain quality standards
• Previous experience in a retail or coffee-related setting is a plus
• A passion for specialty coffee and dedication to delivering a memorable coffee experience
