Arden's Garden is looking for part time and full time baristas at our Buckhead location! This is a role where you will serve our guests by making smoothies, sharing product knowledge, and creating remarkable customer experiences.

To be successful, you should have a positive attitude, be enthusiastic and enjoy working with all types of people. The ideal candidate will be a great multitasker and have excellent customer service skills and prior experience in sales or in the food industry.

Responsibilities And Duties

• Operate blenders and sell healthy juices and smoothies
• Share nutritional knowledge with customers
• Ensure Loss Prevention
• Develop strong relationships with customers
• Assist with inventory management and merchandising

Qualifications

Qualifications and Skills

• Dedicated and hardworking
• Able to operate a POS system
• Bartender, barista, and service industry experience not required but preferred
• Good attention to details
• Must be a multitasker, make the most of working in a fun & fast-paced environment
