  • Identify and develop new product opportunities, renovation initiatives, and whitespace platforms.
  • Drive disciplined lifecycle management across Coffee Service products and equipment programs.
  • Evaluate SKU performance and make data-driven recommendations for portfolio expansion, optimization, or discontinuation.
  • Ensure innovation initiatives align with portfolio economics, margin expectations, and channel strategy.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Serve as a strategic connector across Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Operations.
  • Align portfolio strategy with customer strategy and go-to-market priorities.
  • Partner with Key Accounts and Execution leaders to translate portfolio strategy into effective commercial plans.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on portfolio performance, pricing architecture, and lifecycle strategy.
  • Support the development of portfolio management capabilities across the division.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field required; MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in portfolio management, commercial strategy, finance, or senior CPG/foodservice roles.
  • Demonstrated ownership of full P&L performance within complex or high-revenue channels.
