Located inside one of New Orleans’ premier hotels and steps from the Superdome, this high‑volume operation requires a hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment. This is a licensed Starbucks store, and you will be employed by Hyatt.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and/or closing duties
• Lead and support the Starbucks team with coaching, training, and ongoing development
• Manage staffing needs including scheduling, payroll, and labor management
• Handle ordering, inventory, and product forecasting to ensure proper stock levels
• Maintain Starbucks brand standards for service, cleanliness, organization, and customer experience
• Drive sales and revenue through effective leadership, product knowledge, and operational excellence
• Serve as the hotel’s representative and liaison with the Starbucks Regional Manager
• Foster a positive team culture focused on service, communication, and consistency
• Ensure all Starbucks and Hyatt policies, food safety guidelines, and operational procedures are followed
• Address and resolve guest concerns professionally

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• Previous management experience in Starbucks or a high‑volume coffee/food service environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and team‑building skills
• Proven ability to take ownership and drive revenue and operational performance
• Experience with scheduling, payroll, and inventory/order management
• Ability to train, coach, and motivate a diverse team
• Strong organizational skills and commitment to maintaining a clean, efficient, and guest‑focused store
• Professional demeanor and a passion for hospitality
• Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to represent both Hyatt and Starbucks standards confidently and professionally
