Role Description

This is a full time, on-site role for a Store Manager. The position is based in Chicago, IL. The Store Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring a positive customer experience and managing team performance.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and staff
• Experience in Cafe or Management, including supervising daily operations and team leadership
• Culinary knowledge along with kitchen systems management
