The concept transitions seamlessly from quick, on-the-go breakfast to corporate lunch and post-workout refueling. Toastique focuses on fresh, seasonal, and responsibly sourced ingredients to create thoughtfully crafted menu items. Role Description As a Toastique Team Member, you will provide welcoming, efficient service to guests while preparing gourmet toasts, juices, and other menu items according to brand standards. Daily responsibilities include taking and processing orders, handling payment transactions, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and following food safety and sanitation guidelines. You will help set up and break down the store, restock ingredients, and coordinate with teammates to ensure prompt, accurate, and friendly service. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Annapolis, MD, requiring flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Customer service and hospitality skills, with the ability to create a welcoming and positive guest experience.
• Food preparation and basic barista or juice bar skills, including comfort working with fresh ingredients and kitchen equipment.
• Cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) skills, with attention to accuracy and reliability in transactions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Time management and organizational skills, including the ability to multitask and follow established procedures.
• Commitment to cleanliness, food safety, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift light to moderate loads, and work on-site during peak hours.
• Previous experience in food service or retail is preferred but not required; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
