It’s HIM is a hospitality-led cocktail bar and social club built around atmosphere, connection, and experience. We are selectively adding an experienced Barista to our service team.

This role is designed for baristas who are comfortable owning their station, maintaining focus during service, and delivering a composed guest experience with minimal oversight. Precision, consistency, and an intuitive sense of flow are essential.

The Role

• Executing coffee and espresso service with accuracy and consistency

• Managing the barista station with organization and attention to detail

• Engaging guests with a calm, confident, and professional presence

• Maintaining cleanliness, prep, and product standards throughout service

• Supporting overall service flow in coordination with the front-of-house team

What We Look For

• Prior barista experience in a hospitality or café environment

• Strong technical understanding of espresso and coffee preparation

• Ability to maintain focus and pacing throughout service

• Polished, professional demeanor with quiet confidence

• Comfort operating independently while upholding service standards
