Qadeer Coffee Co. is a mobile coffee bar bringing premier beverage experiences in specialty coffee, matcha, and mocktails directly to luxury weddings, corporate events, pop-ups, and brand activations across NJ, NYC, and Philly.

We’re hiring Part-Time Event Baristas to join our team on an as needed basis. This is a flexible, even -based role and is perfect for anyone looking to make great pay, meet awesome people, and work fun events without committing to a standard full-time schedule.

• Crafting Drinks & Hospitality: Taking guest orders with a warm, welcoming smile, prepping drinks (milk, ice, whisking fresh matcha, mocktails), and operating espresso machines (prior espresso skills are required, but we’re excited to train & upskill the right person!)
• Event Flow: Helping set up and break down stylish mobile café stations on site. Lifting up to 80 lbs will definitely help and come in handy for the heavy machinery.
• Creating Experiences: Engaging with guests and bringing top-tier energy to fast-paced events.

• Prior Cafe Experience: Hands on experience working in a cafe or coffee environment.
• Great Personality & Professionalism: Friendly, upbeat, and RELIABLE!!! You love making people’s day!
• On-the-Road Ready: Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive to event locations across NJ, NY, and PA.

• Great Pay: Generous hourly pay for your work on bar.
• Paid Commute Time: Your travel time to and from events is fully paid!
• Flexible Schedule: Part-time, event-based work—pick up shifts around your availability!
• Upskilling & Growth: Learn specialty drink recipes, refine your espresso technique, and work premier events.
