Good Mooed Cafe is looking for a friendly, dependable Barista to join our team. In this role, you'll craft quality coffee and espresso drinks, scoop premium ice cream, serve fresh baked goods, and help create a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.

• Hourly + Tips
• Starting Pay: $14.00 per hour + tips
  
  

What You'll Do

• Welcome every guest with a friendly attitude.
• Take customer orders and answer questions about our menu.
• Recommend drinks, pastries, ice cream flavors, and seasonal specials.
• Prepare coffee, espresso, tea, and specialty beverages according to recipes.
• Scoop and serve premium ice cream.
• Prepare house-made syrups and other café ingredients.
• Serve baked goods, bagels, cookies, muffins, and other café offerings.
• Process credit card transactions.
• Keep the café, bar, and dining areas clean and organized.
• Restock supplies, cups, dishes, and ingredients throughout the day.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Share customer feedback and ideas for new menu items with management.
• Work as part of a team to provide an outstanding guest experience.
  
  

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Has excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
• Can multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
• Is dependable, positive, and works well with a team.
• Has basic math and cash handling skills.
• Is able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Has previous barista or food service experience (preferred but not required—we're happy to train the right person!).
