Role Description

This is a full-time Barista role based in Katy, TX. The Barista will prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages while maintaining a welcoming and clean work environment. Key responsibilities include operating equipment, assisting with food preparation, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining an organized workspace. The role also involves interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner to provide an outstanding café experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in beverage preparation and Barista skills, with attention to quality
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication for customer interaction
• Experience in Customer Service with the ability to create a welcoming environment
• Basic Food Preparation skills, with a focus on hygiene and presentation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain efficiency
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Previous experience in a similar role is highly preferred
