Role Description

We are seeking Baristas to join our team at our Wynnewood, PA location. This on-site role involves preparing and serving a variety of handcrafted beverages and food items, ensuring the highest quality and consistency. Baristas are expected to provide exceptional customer service, maintain a clean and inviting workspace, and collaborate with team members to create a friendly and efficient store environment. Additional responsibilities include upholding company standards, handling cash transactions, and contributing to an overall positive experience for customers and coworkers.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities to create connections with team members and customers.
• Experience or willingness to learn Barista skills, including preparing a variety of coffee and tea beverages with precision.
• Customer service skills, with the ability to create a welcoming and engaging environment for every guest.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation or interest in developing skills in handling and serving food items.
• Attention to detail, plus the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as necessary.
• Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry is a plus but not required.
