☕ Part-Time Barista – The Seattle Grind (Seattle Center Area)

We’re looking for an experienced barista to join our team at The Seattle Grind, a high-volume, community-focused coffee shop near Seattle Center.

If you love coffee, can handle busy shifts independently, and enjoy connecting with people — we’d love to meet you!

What we’re looking for:

• Previous barista experience (required)

• Ability to run solo shifts confidently in a fast-paced environment

• Strong latte art skills

• Friendly, positive attitude and strong communication with customers

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-minded

Schedule:

• Part-time (10–15 hours/week)

• Weekend availability is required

Compensation:

• Starting at $21.30/hour + tips

What you’ll do:

• Prepare high-quality espresso drinks consistently

• Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with regulars

• Manage workflow efficiently during busy periods

• Maintain cleanliness and follow shop standards
