Bean & Bread Attendant

A Bean & Bread Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, taking orders, preparing beverages, and maintaining a clean and inviting coffee shop atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
• Assist guests in taking their order accurately; provide information about menu items, promotions, and specials.
• Follow recipe guidelines to prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
• Process payments and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
• Maintain a clean and inviting environment; ensure all supplies are organized and well stocked.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred but not required.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for cash handling transactions.
• Knowledge of coffee and espresso beverages is a plus.
