Opportunity

The Cafe Coordinator provides supervisor support to various F&B outlets including Wellness organizations through a variety of administrative and operational tasks . Manage all guest requests, complaints and questions and ensure that all aspects are communicated to the appropriate leadership . Associate schedule is flexib le and includes working any shifts during hours of operation at respected location . This includes but is not limited to nights, weekends and holidays.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Assist management with daily administrative tasks to include but not limited to the curation of SOP’s, weekly schedule, documentation of sales, orders/requisitions, organization of FOH operations. 
  • Recruit new staff, train new staff and assist in the retention of current staff. 
  • Accurately process all new hire and employee change paperwork in a timely manner. 
  • Work with staff and management team to ensure proper cost controls, shrink and inventory levels. 
  • Manage and accurately account for inventory monthly.
  • Understand the health benefits that fruits and vegetables provide. 
  • Greets guests with enthusiasm and presents them with the menu. 
  • Suggest food and beverages to the guest utilizing appropriate methods to upsell, to include the health benefits of supplements and superfood smoothie add ons. 
  • Take food and beverage orders from the guest and accurately enter into Point of sale (POS) system. 
  • Process payment transactions for internal and external guests in a timely manner. 
  • Communicate effectively to the guest and aid with questions. 
  • Coordinate with cafe staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction. 
  • Assist with food and beverage service per order. 
  • Observe guests and ensure their satisfaction with the food and service. Provide service recovery if necessary. 
  • Promptly respond to guests with any additional request or questions regarding menu or supplement offerings. 
  • Understands and can communicate products and services available at the resort. 
  • Assist with stocking, dry goods inventory levels and maintaining the restaurant par stock levels and side station. 
  • Ability to accurately curate a purchase order. 
  • Train café front of house staff consistently and intentionally utilizing two-week training SOP.
  • Utilize all café SOP’s (and update when applicable) and follow opening and closing checklists consistently. 
  • Create and execute special projects and assignments to include but not limited to R&D of monthly drinks specials and monthly smoothie specials. 
  • Communicate effectively with other department managers within resort.
  • Perform the responsibilities of Baristas as needed.
  • Complete all tasks as assigned by leadership.


This is a full-time position working weekends and weekdays. Hours vary between 5:00 am - 9:00 pm.

Skills/Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Availability to work various operational hours. This includes but is not limited to nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to c ross-train in multiple cafes, to i n clude back-of-house operations, such as juicing, to support the broader F&B team as needed to ensure a sustainable and efficient workflow .
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in specialty coffee or luxury hospitality, with demonstrated leadership or supervisory aptitude.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, time management, and attention to detail. Proven ability to train others, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain poise in high pressure environments.
  • Possession of, or ability to obtain, a Ser v Save Certification with the National Restaurant Association or equivalent.
  • Mastery of espresso machinery, milk science, latte art, nitro systems, and POS operations.
  • Previous experience with food preparation preferred.

The hourly range for this position is $16.60 - $24.90 plus tips/gratuity. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
