Job Description Summary
Promotes coffee consumption by educating customers; sells coffee; conducts coffee grinding and operates brewing equipment, accessories, and supplies; prepares and serves a variety of coffee drinks, along with pastries and cookies.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); AND three (3) to six (6) months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Performs cleaning tasks as assigned in daily opening and/or closing duties to maintain cleanliness standards.

- Ability to perform many different tasks within the location during each shift
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to operate, clean, and maintain coffee equipment, such as espresso machine, milk steamer, coffee grinder, etc…Je
- One (1) or more years of related experience and/or training.
- Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) Certification
- Valid Food Handler Certificate
