The Director of Store Operations is a key member of our Leadership Team, responsible for developing General Managers, translating strategy into execution, improving store performance, and creating consistent experiences for our guests and teams across our 16+ locations.

• General Manager Leadership & Accountability

You'll coach and develop General Managers, strengthen operations, improve financial performance, and create consistency across every Heine Brothers location.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years leading multi-unit restaurant, retail, or hospitality operations
• Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing managers
• Strong financial and business acumen
• Experience managing sales, labor, COGS, and controllable expenses
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to balance high accountability with strong team support
• Experience creating consistency across multiple locations
• Experience leading change and driving continuous improvement
• EOS/Traction experience is a plus
