Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Director of Operations or greater role at Motley7Brew. The Director of Operations will oversee day-to-day operations, manage teams, handle budgeting, and ensure top-notch customer service. While the role is primarily located in the Washington and Oregon some remote work is acceptable. Our initial leader for the NW will ideally be based near or in the Portland, OR or Vancouver WA areas.

Compensation package includes a salary in the $125-175K range DOE, with a full benefit and bonus package targeted at 25% of base. Our growth plans will include the need for a VP level candidate in the near future.

Qualifications

• Operations Management, Team Management, and Budgeting skills
• Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making
• Strong Customer Service orientation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the coffee or hospitality/QSR industry is a must
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field a plus but we look closely at industry experience and leadership ability
