Experienced Barista and Café Team Member

Greka by Montuno Coffee is looking for an experienced, reliable, and flexible Barista and Café Team Member to join our growing team.

We are looking for someone with previous barista or coffee shop experience who can also support the front counter, customer service, and light kitchen duties when needed. This position requires flexibility, weekend availability, and the ability to work at multiple locations.

Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour plus tips

Job Type: Part-time and Full-time available

Work Location: In person

Schedule: Flexible schedule required

Weekend Availability: Required

Languages: English and Spanish required

Responsibilities

Prepare hot and iced coffee drinks, espresso-based beverages, matcha, and specialty drinks.

Take customer orders and process payments.

Provide friendly, professional, and bilingual customer service.

Assist with sandwiches, pastries, light food preparation, and basic kitchen tasks as needed.

Keep the coffee bar, front counter, kitchen area, and customer area clean and organized.

Follow recipes, store procedures, and food safety standards.

Assist with opening, closing, restocking, and daily operations.

Work at multiple locations when needed.

Requirements

Previous barista or coffee shop experience is required.

Must speak English and Spanish.

Must be reliable, punctual, and professional.

Must have a flexible schedule.

Must be available to work weekends.

Must be willing to work at multiple locations.

Cashier, kitchen, or food service experience is a plus.

Must be authorized to work in the United States.
