Role: Lead Barista at a casino hotel property, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Obtain and maintain valid alcohol serving permits.
Handle cash transactions accurately.
Provide excellent communication and customer service.
Work in a team to ensure smooth operations during various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications & Skills

At least 18 years old with a professional appearance.
Previous cash handling and Food & Beverage experience preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in noisy, crowded settings.
Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs., bend, reach, and work in confined spaces.
Able to respond to visual and oral cues and tolerate environmental factors like noise and smoke.
