Lead Barista - Full-Time

Role: Lead Barista at a casino hotel property, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and maintain valid alcohol serving permits.
• Handle cash transactions accurately.
• Provide excellent communication and customer service.
• Work in a team to ensure smooth operations during various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• At least 18 years old with a professional appearance.
• Previous cash handling and Food & Beverage experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in noisy, crowded settings.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs., bend, reach, and work in confined spaces.
• Able to respond to visual and oral cues and tolerate environmental factors like noise and smoke.
