About the Position:
Part Time | 3-4 shifts per week | Weekend & afternoon availability required

This is a part time barista position spanning across all hours of operation with duties such as crafting custom coffee beverages (including latte art), serving customers, warming pastry items and breakfast sandwiches, and executing opening and closing responsibilities. We are a small shop and require individuals that are team players, bringing a positive attitude to coworkers, hospitality to our customers, and attention to detail making quality drinks. Our ideal candidate has previous experience as a barista and understands the art of making lattes. New hires will complete a two-week training program to ensure consistency, confidence, and quality in every drink and every interaction.

What You Will Do:
Prepare and serve high quality, consistent espresso and coffee drinks
Provide warm, friendly, and attentive customer service
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming cafe environment
Operate the POS system and handle transactions accurately
Restock supplies and support inventory organization
Participate in opening and closing duties
Work collaboratively with the team to keep service smooth and positive
