1228 Main | Wolfgang Puck is seeking a skilled and hospitality-driven Barista to join our team. This role is responsible for crafting high-quality coffee and espresso beverages while delivering warm, polished, and attentive service in a fast-paced, elevated dining environment.

As a key part of the guest experience, the Barista helps set the tone for hospitality throughout the day—balancing technical coffee expertise with genuine care and consistency in service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve espresso-based beverages, coffee, and specialty drinks to exacting standards
• Maintain consistency, speed, and quality during high-volume service periods
• Engage with guests in a professional, welcoming, and knowledgeable manner
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and proper upkeep of coffee station and equipment
• Follow all recipe, presentation, and operational standards
• Collaborate with FOH and BOH teams to support seamless service flow
• Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
  
  

Qualifications

• Prior barista or specialty coffee experience preferred (high-volume or luxury hospitality a plus)
• Strong understanding of espresso preparation and coffee fundamentals
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• Ability to remain calm, efficient, and detail-oriented under pressure
• Professional appearance and hospitality-first mindset
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
