Role Description The Coffee Sales role is a full-time, on-site position based in Austin, TX. This role is responsible for engaging with retail and wholesale customers, presenting Armadillo Coffee Roasters’ products, and guiding customers to the best coffee choices for their needs. Day-to-day tasks include managing sales activities, maintaining product displays, tracking orders, and following up with leads. The role also involves coordinating with roasting and operations teams, supporting promotions and events, and providing product education to customers and partners. The individual in this role will help ensure a welcoming environment that reflects the company’s commitment to quality and service.
Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with diverse customers and partners.
  • Proven Sales experience with the ability to meet targets and build long-term client relationships.
  • Background in Training and Sales Management to support team development and oversee sales processes.
  • Interest or experience in specialty coffee, including basic knowledge of brewing methods and coffee origins.
  • Ability to work on-site in Austin, TX, with reliable time management and attention to detail.
  • Comfort using point-of-sale systems and basic productivity tools for tracking sales and customer information.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, hospitality, or related fields is beneficial.
  • Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends for events and peak business periods.
