General Manager & Hospitality Leader

We're not looking for someone to just manage a coffee shop, we’re looking for someone to build a team, create a community, and lead with purpose.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Hospitality Leader to lead one of our cafes and help shape the next chapter of Lucky Lab.

Your First 90 Days

Every General Manager begins with a structured 90-day Leadership Development Program. You'll work alongside our leadership team to learn our systems, culture, and standards while gradually taking ownership of the cafe. We believe investing in our leaders creates stronger teams, better guest experiences, and long-term success.

What You'll Do

• Lead all day-to-day operations of the cafe..
• Create an environment where your team can do their best work and every guest feels genuinely welcomed.
• Coach, mentor, and develop supervisors and baristas into confident hospitality professionals.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences by modeling warmth, urgency, attention to detail, and genuine connection.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, beverage consistency, cleanliness, and café presentation.
• Drive sales, labor, inventory, and profitability while treating the business as if it were your own.
• Build schedules and develop leaders so the cafe runs successfully, even when you're not there.
• Partner with the Assistant Director of Operations to execute company initiatives and achieve business goals.

What We're Looking For

• Three or more years of restaurant, cafe, or hospitality management experience.
• A proven leader who develops people and builds high-performing teams.
• Strong operational and financial skills, including scheduling, inventory, and labor management.
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and leads with humility, accountability, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed.
• A genuine passion for hospitality, creating memorable guest experiences, and loves DOGS!

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salaried compensation $45,000 to $49,000 (based off a 50 hour work week)
• Quarterly performance bonus opportunity
